What items can you engrave?
Most commonly: coated metals, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, glass, acrylic, wood, leather, and select plastics. If you send a photo + material, I’ll confirm feasibility before we schedule.
Do you engrave on customer-provided items?
Yes. We always do a proof-first approval step, and I’ll confirm the material and finish before engraving.
How fast is turnaround?
Typical turnaround is 2–5 days depending on complexity. Rush options are available when my schedule allows.
How does drop-off/handoff work?
After you approve the proof, we schedule a handoff time in Madison. I’ll document item condition at handoff and return.
Can you engrave logos?
Yes—SVG/vector is ideal, but I can often work from a high-quality PNG. I’ll confirm any setup/design fees upfront.
