Most clients discover this studio before they know what engraving requires. These answers are written to make planning fast, clear, and low-risk.
First-Time Buyer Friendly
If you are unsure what details to include, start with a photo, quantity, and deadline. We will guide the rest.
What can you engrave?
Common projects include stainless steel and coated metals (tumblers), anodized aluminum, acrylic, wood, leather, glass, and some plastics. Send a photo and (if you know it) the material/finish and we’ll confirm feasibility before you drop anything off.
Do you engrave customer-provided items?
Yes—most jobs are customer-supplied. We’ll confirm material compatibility and show you a proof mockup before engraving.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days after proof approval. Rush options may be available depending on the week.
Can you engrave a logo if I don’t have a vector file?
Usually, yes. Vector files are ideal, but we can often clean up a high-resolution PNG. We’ll confirm any prep work before starting.
I’ve never ordered engraving before—can you help me choose sizing/placement?
Absolutely. We’ll recommend sizing, placement, and layout that will read clearly on the real item (not just on-screen).
Still Unsure What to Send?
Include any information you have now and we will turn that into a practical quote path. You do not need a perfect brief to get started.
